No obi, includes insert (minor foxing). Professionally cleaned with "Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro" and playgraded: VG+ in the starting grooves of side A, rest is EX. The sleeve looks great, just has 2 slightly bumped corners and a very small patch of surface wear on the open side.
