No obi, includes insert (a bit of foxing). Professionally cleaned with "Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro" and playgraded: Sounds almost flawless. Some spindle marks though. The sleeve has a bit of general wear and a bit of foxing, mostly on the back.
