No OBI, no insert. Media: Minimal wear at all, playgraded.. occasional fine static in the background but a great VG+ sound throughout. Cover: Textured flipback cover ~ one small foxing spot on the back and the bottom left side of the flipback is beginning to unstick (easily fixed with glue) ~ beautiful VG+ cover!
