No OBI, no insert. Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; side A plays with a bit of background noise (VG), side B is foggy and plays with a bit more background noise (G+). Sleeve has minor wear/ringwear, and slight foxing on backside.
