No obi, includes Japanese booklet insert and feedback card (faint yellowing to both). Media: vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro, very few hairlines, plays solid VG+. Sleeve: light corner wear, top seam looks a little brittle and there's some foxing on the backside, along the top seam - still VG+.
