No OBI, no insert. Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; plays with a bit of static, close to VG+, has several superficial marks/scratches. Gatefold sleeve: minor yellowing on the inside, some edge and corner wear, faint ringwear to backside, a few odd spots, 4inch/10cm seam split to upper edge.
