No OBI, includes fold-out insert. Media: Minimal wear at all, EX condition and sound! Playgraded. Cover: Some pieces of scotch tape and a few surface tears along the inner opening edge (from removing a sleeve cover) and three bits of faint surface wear along the bottom edge where other scotch tape was but has been removed and cleaned, a small piece of scotch tape on the back left upper corner. Otherwise in great condition.
