No OBI, with INSERT (some yellowing). Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; plays solid VG+, but has odd marks at the very beginning of either side where it plays a bit worse, but still VG+. Sleeve: slight foxing, scotch tape residue along lower edge, superficial tear to backside.
