With OBI (VG+) + fold-out INSERT (scotch taped to outer sleeve). Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; plays solid VG+. Sleeve has a poly outer sleeve attached via the inside of the opening and is actually NM, but has a few indentations and two stickers on front.
