No obi, includes fold-out insert. Media: Few light hairlines, vinyl professionally ultrasonic cleaned and playgraded; only very light static on intros and between tracks, generally superb VG+ playback! Cover: Pinhole in the middle of the top edge, some ringwear present and discolouration along the spine.. no major flaws though.
