No green plastic bag, no insert. With yellow transparent plastic sleeve (3inch/8cm seam split to lower edge, small tear to upper edge, faint ringwear). Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; plays with a tiny little bit of static caused by the perfume that was attached to it.
