No OBI, no insert, no poster. Vinyl professionally washed with Gläss Vinyl Cleaner Pro and playgraded; plays with a tiny little bit of static, almost VG+. Gatefold sleeve: rotating wheel fully intact, some wear, some foxing, 4inch/10cm seam split to spine, small seam split to lower edge.
