With cardboard lyric inner sleeve (some foxing) + fold-out insert + company ad insert (slight foxing to both) + poster + postcard (both with minor foxing to backside) + plain cardboard stiffener (minor yellowing). No black shrinkwrap with stickers. Vinyl professionally machine washed and playgraded; plays solid VG+. Sleeve has slight general wear and some foxing, still VG+.
