Includes OBI, no insert nor OIS. Sleeve with sharp corners and all but has some surface wear, foxing (to be seen only on the white square on front and inner gatefold) and a slight indentation on front. Vinyl professionally machine washed and playgraded: slight background noise on the beginning of each side, the sound then goes up to EX throughout
