No OBI, includes insert. Sleeve: its in great shape but has two major flaws, some water marks (really just a slight color variation on some parts of the sleeve) and the nose of the pig was apparently pressed too hard, so its broken on that part. Vinyl professionally machine washed and playgraded: plays with slight background static
