Includes OBI (some damage on backside, apparently torn and attached again) & insert! Sleeve: mostly EX, the top seam has some marks (seems from production and not really wear) and minor foxing on backside. Vinyl professionally machine washed and playgraded: almost NM, looks glossy and super clean, the sound is excellent. Ask for pictures, might exceed your expectations
